Welcome back to planDisney, Patrick!
Thank you for taking the time to send another great question our way. I am happy to hear you are planning a pixie-dusted Disney adventure for your family!
The last time I visited the
Walt Disney World Resort with my girls, my youngest did not have a MagicBand, so we let her use a physical ticket card. Se loved the experience of tapping her own card to redeem admission to the theme parks and access
Disney Genie+ selections. We even purchased her a lanyard for pin trading with a card holder so she could easily access her card.
If you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can request Key to the World cards at the Front Desk upon arrival. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or any ticket window at the entrance of all theme parks to retrieve physical ticket cards. As a reminder, besides using a MagicBand, a
MagicBand+, or a card, Guests are welcome to create a
Disney MagicMobile pass via the My Disney Experience app and link it to their digital wallet to use their mobile device to enter the parks. Disney MagicMobile can also be used to link
Disney PhotoPass content to your Disney account and access Disney Genie+ selections and individual
Lightning Lane entry purchases.
I hope this information is helpful, Patrick. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
