Can the photos stored on the PhotoPass CD be uploaded to other websites and/or applications for use? I use some of my photos in my home movies and I also create greeting cards on sites like shutterfly.

    Hi Stacy!!!!

We love getting Disney's PhotoPass CD from our Walt Disney World Vacations!!

When you purchase the PhotoPass CD you are given all the rights to the pictures from Disney.  There will be a copyright release on the CD when you receive it.  As long as you aren't doing anything for commercial use then you are totally fine.  We have used our PhotoPass pictures to make our own memory books and even used them for Christmas Cards.

One piece of advise I would give is to have the copyright release handy in case the online company you are trying to upload them to has any questions or issues.  We did this once for a Christmas Card and when we showed the Copyright Release the company was fine with it and we were good to go!

    Happy PhotoPassing!!!
