Heigh ho, Kirstin!
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question about
Disney PhotoPass. One of the things I love most about PhotoPass is that my whole family can be in our vacation photos, whether we’re posing with a Disney PhotoPass photographer in the parks, visiting the
PhotoPass studio at Disney Springs, or even riding attractions like
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind or
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Let's take a look at how to recover a missing photo.
Some attraction photos take a little longer to appear in your
My Disney Experience Photo Gallery or in Memory Maker, but if they are still missing, not to worry! Head over to the
Disney PhotoPass Help Form in the Help Center to get started. From there, choose Disney PhotoPass as the category and Missing Photos as the subcategory. You’ll be prompted to enter the date, approximate time, and location of the photo - be sure to choose Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and select "attraction" as the photo type. There’s also a spot to describe who was in the photo and what they were wearing, which really helps the PhotoPass team track down the correct images. You can also upload an image of who was in the photo.
I've had this happen a few times over the years, and the missing photos have always been located. My fingers are crossed that yours pop right into your gallery!
I hope this information is helpful, Kirstin. If I can help with anything else, please
let me know.
Warm hugs,
Candace
