Kayla, I'm sorry to hEAR that some of your photos continue to have the
Disney PhotoPass watermark on them. I appreciate your question as my family and I love to take advantage of
Memory Maker (because with this service I'm finally in all of the pictures) and relive our trip once we're home.
While I don't know the reason for this issue, my guess is that Loki, God of Mischief, has somehow infiltrated Disney PhotoPass and is causing mayhem. Until a team can locate and capture him, I encourage you to call the
Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team at (407) 560-4300. As it's hard to predict just how much chaos Loki has created, keep in mind that you may need to wait on the phone for a bit before speaking to a Cast Member. I like to call at a time my phone is charged up and I can catch up on my Avengers movies while I wait on hold, using the speakerphone.
