How do I get my photos off my Disney experience

Hello Heidi! Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad to hear that you have some fantastic memories that have been captured for safekeeping by the talented Disney PhotoPass photographers. Once your vacation has come to an end, next comes the time to save those precious photos in a safe place so you can cherish them always!

As amazing as it is to have access to Memory Maker photos online, it is always important for me to remind myself to download them so I can access them quickly and share them with family and friends! The first step in doing this is navigating to the PhotoPass gallery website and logging on with your Disney login credentials. Next, click on view gallery at the top of the screen, and you should see all your available PhotoPass media. If you wish to download all items in your gallery, click the small box next to the words, “select all visible media.” This should select all photos and other PhotoPass items for you. Then, click the rectangular button labeled “Download.” This should download your photos and files, which you can easily save to your hard drives or online cloud services. You should not have to pay or place any items in the cart in order to download them for your own use! Don’t forget that all Memory Maker photos and videos expire 45 days after they are taken - so it is best not to hold off, and preserve those special memories!

Heidi, I hope you found this helpful, and please do not hesitate to come back to see us if we can be of any more help!

    Say Cheese!
