Hi Crystaline! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
I absolutely cherish my
Disney PhotoPass Service photographs. I have theme in frames around my house and they often end up on our holiday cards. I love seeing my boys at different stages and their sweet smiles. PhotoPass photos capture those precious memories of the magical moments we've spent in our happy place! So I understand your concern if those photos have seemingly gone missing before you downloaded the ones you wanted to save.
Currently, PhotoPass content expires after 45 days of the content being captured. After expiration, that content becomes unavailable for you to view. But let's see if we can't track down your photos! If you have more than one MyDisney account, be sure you're signed into the account where you linked the photos. Did someone else in your group link to their account? That would be an easy fix!
Another thing to check: If the photos
expired within 15 days ago, you should be able to extend the expiration for a limited time. Look for this option in the Help menu of the
Disney PhotoPass Gallery. If this solves your current problem, download your pictures right away so you don't lose access to them permanently. Disneyland Resort has no permanent photo storage options, and you're only permitted one extension, so use it wisely!
If you believe your photos have gone astray before their expiration date and they're not hiding in a different MyDisney account, I suggest you call a helpful Cast Member. You can discuss your missing photos with someone on the
PhotoPass Guest Support phone line, and hopefully, they can assist you.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
