Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that your photos expired before you had a chance to download them. Let's see what we can do here. As you shared, the
Expiration Policy states that all photos in your account expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken. There's no guarantee, however, I would recommend contacting
PhotoPass Guest Support to see if a Cast Member can work their magic and recover your photos. It never hurts to call and see what could possibly be done.
