Hi Daniel, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
I hope you are having a great time with your family at Walt Disney World Resort. Did you get a chance to ride
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind? Or have you taken some
Magic Shot photos with Disney PhotoPass at the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival?
Disney PhotoPass Service allows you to
see the PhotoPass photos of up to 25 Guests linked to you through your My Disney Experience
Family & Friends List. Since you mentioned that you are all linked, there is one more thing you need to check to make sure that you can view each other’s PhotoPass photos. This will require you to access your My Disney Experience account on a browser. When you log in to your My Disney Experience account, go to your Family & Friends List. Find a person you are currently traveling with and click “Update” next to their name. The next page allows you to select which plans and photos of yours this guest can see. Make sure that “My Disney PhotoPass Photos” is checked. Complete this step for each person you are traveling with, and they can go into their My Disney Experience accounts and follow the same instructions.
If this does not work, you can reach out to a Cast Member at PhotoPass Guest Support at the number listed here under “
Disney PhotoPass.”
I hope this was helpful, Daniel. While you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort, check out these
new additions to Memory Maker. You can now create
Video Memories using your Disney PhotoPass photos right in the My Disney Experience mobile app! And I love finding the Magic Shot options in each of the theme parks. The
Tiny World Magic Shots are a favorite of my family.
If you have any future questions, feel free to
follow up with me here at planDisney. Enjoy the rest of your time at Walt Disney World Resort, Daniel!
