Do photopass photos made by people in my family and friends group show up in my Memory Maker account? We have one MM purchased for our family and wonder if it makes a difference which magic band is scanned. The grandkids like to get THEIR bands scanned.

Smile, Allen! You're on planDisney! Thanks so much for coming back with another great question. We always love to see our friends drop by again. Let's help you plan a picture perfect visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

With Memory Maker, your whole family can get in the shot, and it's easy to share those pictures with each other. You just need to make sure everyone on your Family & Friends list has elected to share their plans with you. To do that, they can sign in to their My Disney Experience account and go to the Family & Friends list. If you're linked to that person, they should see you on their list. They can click on the blue "Update" link next to your name, and then select "My Disney PhotoPass Photos." Doing that should include photo sharing with any other Guests whose plans are managed by that person (such as your grandchildren).

Allen, if the grandkids like to scan their MagicBands for your photos, you can always scan yours as well, just to be on the safe side. My son always wanted to scan the attraction photos like Splash Mountain and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, but I'd just go in behind him and scan mine, too. You should be okay as long as their parents have shared photos with you, but it never hurts to be sure.

I hope this helps you capture all those magical memories on your upcoming vacation, Allen. Have fun, and do come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
