    With PhotoPass+, does the photo CD you receive with a "limited license agreement" allow you to upload the pictures onto Facebook or an online photo storage site, like Shutterfly, or can you only print at a "local photo processing center"

    Great question!

    According to the Photo Image CD Sales Agreement and Limited License, which was included in the Photo CD I purchased during our July trip to Walt Disney World, you'll be able to upload your PhotoPass + photos onto any digital site you'd like, in addition to printing them.

    Your purchase of a PhotoPass + grants the buyer to "a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, and display the digital photo files contained on the CD [...] solely for personal, non-commercial use."
