I am sorry to hear you are missing some of the memories captured by
Disney PhotoPass service during your visit. That has happened to me in the past, so I understand how upset you must be. There is nothing more special than reliving the magic through photos and videos taken at The Most Magical Place on Earth after returning home from your vacation.
First, I recommend ensuring all the MagicBands, Key to the World cards, and Disney PhotoPass cards you may have used during your visit are
linked to your Disney account. If you still do not see your photos, you can
report a missing photo online or contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team. Please have your Disney account information handy when you call, including the e-mail and address associated with your account. Cast Members will do their best to locate your missing photos, but please note that attraction photos and other digital content expire 45 days from the date they were captured. I will be keeping my fingers crossed and sending pixie dust your way for a magical happy ending!
