If i want to get a photopass, is it free? if you get the photopass and have to pay, do you pay per each character you meet, or just pay once and you get a photopass per every character you meet? can you add the parkhopper option to your package whenever?

In terms of Park Hopper, you can add the Park Hopper option at any time, even after you've gotten to the Parks or resort if needed.

Hope this answers all your questions. Have a terrific time!
