How do you get a Photopass card? Does the first photographer give you one and you hang onto it the rest of the time? Do you need to purchase it someone beforehand?

    Hello Janet,

When you see a Walt Disney World Photographer in any of the Parks, and from the very moment you have your first picture taken, He/She will give you your PhotoPass card after it has been scanned and then you would hang onto it during the rest of your stay.  Sometimes people put the card somewhere not very accessible and end up getting many of these cards (which is also okay to do!) but I like to keep mine in my pocket where I can easily take it out whenever I need to get it scanned for a picture.  The reason for this is simply, when I arrive home I have one card and only one code that needs to be entered on the website, www.disneyphotopass.com and it gives me more time to browse my pictures!  I also have lost some before and wondered...How did those ones turn out????  This card you do not purchase, it is given to you.

Take lots of good pictures and make many great memories!!!!
