Hi there, Tricia!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited for your upcoming Caribbean cruise! I know you have been watching the days tick away and before you know it, you will be heading out to sea with Captain Mickey for fun IN the sun!
My boys LOVE the Oceaneer Club and Lab! With a variety of activities and free play options for them, they can always find something fun for them in there! Each evening we look at the next day’s schedule on the
Navigator app to decide what activities are on their must do list! When children are checked into the
Youth Clubs for secured programming, photography is not allowed, including onboard photographers and is strictly enforced. As a parent, I appreciate this policy and know that it is for the safety of all onboard. During scheduled Open House hours, you can join your child in the play spaces and photography
is allowed. Many times they will even have scheduled activities such as the Puzzle Playtime during Open House so if you join in with your son, you can snap pictures. But, during secured programming (when the child is officially checked into/dropped off at the club), photography is not permitted.
If you haven’t yet looked at the
onboard photography packages, I recommend doing so before your cruise! With lots of onboard opportunities for character greetings and photos before and after dinner, you certainly will have a lot of memories you will want to take home with you!
Wishing you a wonderful vacation filled with many magical memories!
Happy Sailing!
