    Do they have photographers at Blizzard Beach to use your disney Photo Pass cards from other WDW parks?

    Yes, the photographers can use your PhotoPass card from other parks.  I would recommend getting another one at Blizzard Beach from the photographer.  The card had a wristband, so you wouldn't have to carry a card on each of the water attractions.  We also took the same Photo card at Typhoon Lagoon.  I would also recommend taking a photo with your camera or phone of the number on your cards.  If you should lose the card or the card becomes damaged, you can still retrieve your photos.  We had some amazing photos taken that day at Blizzard Beach.  Have a fabulous trip!!!
