photo pass/memory maker. I believe I had purchased this but don't see this in my account. would I have received an email confirming I purchased photo pass?

    Hi Charlotte! Welcome to planDisney!

You will be on your way to the Walt Disney World Resort very soon! Before you know it, you'll be smiling for PhotoPass photographers in front of iconic Disney backgrounds like Cinderella Castle and Spaceship Earth. My family always returns with 100s of photos! It's hard to decide which ones to frame!

I checked my email records and found that I did receive a confirmation email when I purchased Memory Maker before our family vacation in March. The subject was "Walt Disney World Confirmation" followed by my order number and it came from the Walt Disney World Reservations email. No worries if you didn't receive an email or can't find it! There is an easy way to check if you purchased Memory Maker.

When signed in to your My Disney Experience account, go to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Scroll down below your planning party and you'll see "Daily Itinerary." Next to that will be "Tickets & Memory Maker." Clicking that link will take you to all the Theme Park Tickets and Passes on your account. When you scroll down you should see your Memory Maker purchase if you already have one.

I hope this helps, Charlotte! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
