Hi Chelsea,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
I love having
Memory Maker and
Disney PhotoPass! They are great ways to make sure you’re capturing the photos you want while including everyone in the picture, such a great benefit.
When you purchase a Memory Maker package, your PhotoPass pictures expire after 45 days. It sounds like maybe you're past that window and may have missed some days of your photos. Though there’s nothing I know of that can be done within the
My Disney Experience mobile app to recover the photos, I definitely suggest calling the
Disney PhotoPass help desk. Hopefully when you speak with a Cast Member, they’ll let you know if there’s a way to recover the photos that have gone away.
In the meantime, I recommend downloading all the remaining pictures in your My Disney Experience account immediately. That way no more pictures roll off and you’ll at least have some of your pictures saved down!
Chelsea, I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful and helps you get connected so, hopefully, you’re able to see more of those great memories you made on your vacation. If you have any other questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
