Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Andrew.
PhotoPass is a service that allows Guests to have their photos taken by PhotoPass photographers throughout both Disneyland Park and California Adventure. As my family's photographer, we rarely have photos of everyone in the family besides blurry selfies. I love the
PhotoPass service because I get to capture special moments of everyone together at iconic locations in the parks.
The service itself is free; you can have the PhotoPass photographers snap as many photos as you'd like. Ask for a PhotoPass card at your first encounter with the PhotoPass photographer and have subsequent Photographers scan the same QR code on the back of the card. Quick tip: When you use the Disneyland mobile app, you can also link your PhotoPass so you can view the photo gallery on your phone.
At this time, Guests can purchase individual prints (prices start at $14.95 depending on size of print) or digital download ($12.95 each). You can also purchase Disney PhotoPass+ One Day for $39 which allows you to download all the photos taken in a day at both parks. This includes photos taken at PhotoPass locations, on attractions, as well as at select Character Dining experiences. You have 45 days to download these photos, or you can purchase the Expiration Extension for $19.95 which allows you up to 60 days from the date photos are taken for digital download. (Please note: prices are subject to change)
I hope this information is helpful for you. Please visit me on the Panel again if you have further questions.
Have a magical day,
Kiki
