Welcome home, Susan!
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but the memories are priceless. I’m sure you feel the same after your Disney Cruise Line vacation. I’m happy to help you locate your purchased photos.
On the
Disney Cruise Line website, navigate to Already Booked > My Cruise Photos. Syncing all your images to your account can take up to 48 hours after your cruise. It’s recommended that you use a computer to access your photos. If you don’t see your smiling faces, don’t worry, you might need to link the pictures to your profile.
To link your pictures, you’ll need your
Castaway Club ID. Navigate to Already Booked > My Profile. Click “Membership & Passes.” Your Castaway Club ID is next to the anchor. Return to “My Cruise Photos” and enter your 8-digit Castaway Club ID to link the photos to your Disney account. It can take up to 60 minutes for the watermark to disappear from the pictures once they are claimed.
The professional photos you purchased during your sailing are now ready to be shared, printed and downloaded. To download pictures individually, click the greyed-out check mark at the top right of an image in your gallery. Once you click on the photo you want to download, the check mark will turn green. If you wish to download the entire gallery, click “Select all Visible Media.” You may notice that your pictures are downloaded in batches, depending on how many images you have. Unzip each folder and save your photos to the desired location.
I know your vacation has come to an end, but I hope it’s only the beginning of your love for Disney Cruise Line. Whether you are planning another adventure with Captain Minnie or a trip to
Walt Disney World Resort or
Disneyland Resort, my friends and I are here for you!
SEAS the adventure!
