    Hi, I have the photo pass card and was given a paper stub for every ride that a picture was taken. How can I link those ride pictures to my photo pass account?

    Hi Mary!

    I'm so glad to hear that you took advantage of Disney's PhotoPass services. Although I like to fancy myself as an amateur photographer, I think the best pictures we have from our Disney vacations came from PhotoPass photographers.

    (I think that means I need to squeeze in more Disney vacations for "practice"!)

    As far as your question goes, the paper stubs given by cast members stationed near those walls of monitors (outside of attractions like Splash Mountain) should be taken over to the adjacent PhotoPass desks so you can either purchase the picture or have it uploaded to your PhotoPass account. Those uploads are free if you have the PhotoPass+ or Attractions+ packages.

    If you didn't get a chance to take the paper stub to the PhotoPass desk at the attraction, then I'd recommend calling the PhotoPass Guest Services team to see if they can still retrieve the image. Their phone number is: (407) 560-4300 and they're available to speak live with guests on Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00am-5:00pm (Eastern Time).

    Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

    There are a ton of cool things (e.g. picture frames, photo albums, stationery, etc.) that you can purchase from DisneyPhotoPass.com, some of which are not available in the theme park gift shops. You can even create your own souvenirs like calendars, photo books, and even canvas prints!
