    For the photo book on Disney Dream, can you design it yourself and pick your photos or do they do it all for you? What if you don't have enough photos - will you get a bunch of blank pages? How much to buy individual photos on board?

    Hi there, Jana!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for stopping by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation!  It appEARs that you have both Walt Disney World Resort AND a voyage on the Disney Dream scheduled and I am so very excited for you!

    You will experience so many magical moments during your time onboard and I know you will want to capture those moments and bring them home with you!  The photo book is an excellent way to keep those memories close to you and in a fun way.  My family creates a photo book on each cruise we go on and I always find my boys looking through them and talking about our different adventures with Captain Mickey!  The onboard photographers do an excellent job of capturing some fun moments with your favorite characters and during dinner services!  A photo book has space for approximately 30 photos, and you do get to pick and choose which photos go in – and where they fit best in your book.  There are kiosks onboard where you can view your photos and create your book which will then be mailed to your home a couple weeks after your vacation ends.  It’s always a nice surprise when it arrives in the mail because it brings back all those special moments and you get to re-live them all over!  If you do not have enough photos (but I anticipate you will!), you can always fill with some stock photos of onboard activities ensuring you don’t have blank spots in your book.  Individual photos currently cost between $15 - $20 depending on size, but that can really add up when you have so many memories you want to take home with you!
