    What is the phone number for Magic Key holders to ask questions? I want to come to the Park to pay my key renewal with cash. Thank you.

    Being a Magic Key holder offers you more than just the opportunity to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park throughout the year. I love the discounts and various perks unique to Magic Key holders. 

    For your inquiry regarding Magic Keys, you can call (714) 781-7277 to speak with a friendly Cast Member. You can also utilize the chat feature on the Disneyland Mobile App by tapping the 3 horizontal lines ≡ on the lower right and scrolling down to locate “Chat with Us”. If you’re on the Disneyland Resort website, you can chat with a Cast Member during regular business hours by clicking the Help tab on the right side. They’ll be able to address your specific questions regarding your Magic Key. If you’re interested in renewing your current Magic Key, cash is a form of payment you can use when processing in-person at one of the Disneyland Resort ticket booths.
