Hi Chris!
Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I don't have the proper magic mirror to see when your last visit to Mickey's house was, but it sounds like it's going to feel both familiar and like a whole new world when you return to the magic, Chris! The classics that you know and love, like the 1
955 Original Opening-Day attractions are still around; some are even better than ever having received recent refurbishments like better lighting or updated animatronics. But there are a bunch of new lands for you to discover, like
Avengers Campus or
Batuu, the world of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
The Disneyland Mobile App is a pretty big game-changer these days, which can do everything from book
Lightning Lane attraction selections through your
purchase of Genie+ (which recently replaced the old FastPass and MaxPass systems) to order your
quick-service meals in advance. You can even use the app to pay for your purchases with
Disneyland Merchandise Mobile Checkout!
For everything else, you'll want to peruse the
Attractions,
Entertainment, and
Dining guides and lists.
And when you're feeling lost or overwhelmed, that's where we at planDisney come in! We're hEAR to answer any and all of your Disneyland planning questions, from 'Where can I find fish on Lent Fridays' to 'Where can I refill my water bottle?' We have
vacation tips videos, an
official Instagram account where our posts and stories are filled with all kinds of tips and tricks, and we even just launched the
brand new planDisney Podcast! As far as the
Main Street Electrical Parade, we don't yet have a date of when these famous floats will be leaving us. The last time it was brought back for a limited-time run, it was around for about four months. At the current time, yes, this parade runs nightly. And actually, because it's the super fun summer season, most nights it runs twice! I bet we'll hEAR more information on this parade's final days come August or September with official announcements made through the
Disney Parks Blog.
I hope that this helped to clEAR this round of planning questions up, Chris! Please feel free to reach back out with any more
Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions you may have. We're All Ears!
