Do you have a 1-800 phone number ? I would like to call and talk about my resort reservation ?

Hello, Nancy! I'm so glad you came back to planDisney to get your question answered. Keep them coming!

At this time, there isn't a toll-free number to call the Walt Disney World Resort. However, while they may not be toll-free, friendly and helpful Cast Members are easily reached by calling the numbers listed on the Call Walt Disney World Resort page. If you are looking for a shorter hold time, I would suggest calling when the phone lines first open, which is usually 7:00 a.m. EST.

You can also easily modify many aspects of your Walt Disney World Resort reservation through your My Disney Experience account. Simply log into your account and select "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience menu. If you scroll down, you should see your hotel reservation and a "Modify Reservation" link. From here, you can usually modify dates and even the Disney Resorts Collection Hotel at which you want to stay (subject to availability and the terms and conditions). You can also modify any advanced dining reservations listed here as well.

Nancy, if 7:00 a.m. EST is a little too early for you, you can also try to call toward the end of the night, closer to when they close, which is usually 11:00 p.m. EST. While my shortest wait times have usually been first thing in the morning, it's also usually not a long wait toward the end of the night either.

If you have any other questions, please be sure to reach out directly to me and I'd be happy to answer each and every one!

    Let love guide your actions,
    Matt
