ticket purchases through disneyland.com present Guests with the choice to receive a physical ticket admission card or a Disney eTicket which is sent in printable digital format as in a PDF format, and they can also be viewed on most mobile devices.
If your email confirmation displays a barcode and if you can print this email confirmation out, then it should be fine to be presented at the entrance to the Disneyland Resort theme park for which the ticket applies, but the final word rests with Guest Services. Frances, because I cannot see your email confirmation, and because there is still uncertainty on my part not knowing what type of theme park ticket you have, I will advise you to contact the friendly and very helpful Cast Members at
Disneyland Resort “Tickets” who will do their best to assist you and resolve your matter. This is something I would do myself, as I like to have my arrangements in place to avoid any undue surprises.
During your telephone consultation with Disneyland Resort “Tickets” department, please let them know about your Motorola mobile device and its incompatibility with the Disneyland Mobile App and the Cast Members there will have a better understanding to assist you to the fullest. You might consider asking for a physical theme park ticket admission card to be mailed to you if you like.

Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations are required, please ask Guest Services to give you direction with that as well. Or, you may opt to log into your Disneyland account on your computer and make your own theme park reservations after your ticket matter has been resolved.
Frances, I don’t know how long you intend to visit Disneyland Resort, but if you plan on spending a couple of days there you may wish to refer to the current
Disneyland Resort Hotel special offers or you may wish to stay at a nearby
Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel.
