Welcome to planDisney, Loic!
Thank you for stopping by today with your very first question! I am happy to hear that you will be making memories at the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days!
It has been a little tricky reaching out to Mickey lately due to heavier than normal call volumes. The
holidays are fast approaching, and this is one of the busiest times of the year at
The Most Magical Place on Earth. I am a fellow international visitor, so I understand that it is not possible to stay on hold for long. Next time you call, I suggest placing your call at exactly 7:00 A.M. Orlando time. That’s when Cast Members start taking calls, so your wait time will probably not be too long.
I am happy to share that Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can enjoy their Guest benefits from the date of check-in until midnight of the date of check-out. You are welcome to arrive early on November 16, leave your luggage with Bell Services at your Disney Resort hotel and go to the parks to enjoy your day. In the morning of check-out, leave your bags once again with Bell Services and go back to your Disney Resort hotel to pick up your belongings later in the day.
Be sure to
check in online in advance, and use the
My Disney Experience app to create a
Disney MagicMobile pass. You can use the pass with your mobile device as your ticket to enter the theme parks. You can also purchase a
MagicBand at retail locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort or stop by Front Desk at your hotel to request a
Key to the World card. Remember that all Guests ages three and older are currently required to have a
theme park reservation to enter a theme park, and
park hopper hours currently start at 2:00 P.M.
planDisney tip: Did you know that
planDisney is also offered en français? You are welcome to submit your questions in your beautiful language next time!
It was a pleasure answering your question, Loic! I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
