Hi Mary,
Welcome to planDisney!
To connect with a Cast Member about
Disney Genie+ Service and the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you’ll want to call the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. I normally call first thing in the morning around 7:00 a.m. so I can get in the queue early in the day. If you need help with Theme Park tickets specifically, you can also call the
New or Existing Tickets help desks as well.
At this time, there aren’t any physical resources mailed out to guests, but Hakuna Matata, below are a few digital resources that may be helpful.
First, I suggest learning about the
Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th Anniversary Celebration that began in October 2021! There are new snacks, entertainment, and EARidescent excitement is all around. Next, check out this
Visitor’s Guide. It’s a great resource to help you explore your ticket options and see which of the Theme Parks are the best fit for your party. Here, you’ll also be able to see the thrill rides and you can do a bit more research on their movement. If you aren’t really a thrill seeker and want to be mindful of your lower back, I suggest riding attractions like
Na'vi River Journey,
Frozen Ever After, and
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. These are super fun rides the entire family can enjoy!
If you’re planning on visiting
EPCOT for Frozen Ever After, you’ll be able to take part in
EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival. This is my all-time favorite Festival at EPCOT because not only are you able to try delectable treats that are only around this time of year, but the Theme Park will be in full bloom. There are beautiful flowers and topiaries throughout the entire Park!
If you stay late into the afternoon, go ahead and stay for
Harmonious, EPCOT’s new nighttime spectacular! If you haven’t seen it yet, I suggest grabbing a spot anywhere in the World Showcase. As long as you can see the black show barges in the World Showcase Lagoon, you should be able to see the projections and the fireworks. Remember to stay away from any foliage or trees that could obstruct your view when picking your spot.
I hope these “Bits By Bryanna” are helpful as you prepare for your spring vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any further planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
