Hi Phillip, how do i get in touch with a travel agent to start planning?

Hey there, Ranesha! Welcome to planDisney! I'm excited to hear that you are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I'd be happy to share some tips to get you started.

I will admit, the process can be a little overwhelming. So I can see why you may want the assistance of a travel agent. In my experience, getting recommendations from friends is the best option for finding a knowledgeable agent. If you have any friends that are frequent Guests to The Most Magical Place on Earth, I would start with them!

But with a little help and a lot of determination, you can also plan your magical Disney Vacation on your own! Personally, booking directly with is my favorite option because I enjoy orchestrating my family’s magical adventure. When planning, I like to break up my trip into three main parts: Where to Stay, What to Eat, and What to do.

    Where to Stay: Resort Hotels
Staying in a Walt Disney World Resorts Collection hotel ensures that the vacation magic never stops! Disney's Pop Century Resort is my recommendation because it has a great price point and multiple transportation options. There is a Disney Skyliner station near the resort which means you'll only be a quick ride away from Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.

    What to Eat: Dining
Disney Dining is the favorite part of my vacations and a destination all by itself! Dining is also a good way to break up a Theme Park day. My family always looks forward to grabbing a late lunch at Tusker House before an exciting evening in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. But if sitting down for a meal isn't your thing, there are many quick meals and snack options throughout the parks.

    What to Do: Attractions
Let me start by saying this: it is unlikely that you will get to experience every attraction across Walt Disney World in a single trip. With 4 distinct theme parks, hundreds of food options, and more experiences and attractions than you could imagine, there is never a shortage of things to do! Within each theme park are a variety of thrill rides, shows, and various ride experiences That means from the youngest member of your party to the most seasoned, Disney is magical at any age! My toddlers love Anna and Elsa, so Frozen Ever After is always a must for our family. And if there are any thrill-seekers in your group, be sure to check out Space Mountain in Magic Kingdom.

You can book your vacation package online or by speaking with a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936. I recommend speaking with a Cast Member so that they can answer any questions you have during the process. They will also be able to provide personalized recommendations to help make your visit magical. It's also helpful to have an idea about your travel party size, vacation budget, desired travel dates, Disney Characters you love, etc., before you give them a call.

Whether you decide to book with a travel agent or book directly with The Walt Disney World team, I know that you are going to have an incredible vacation, Ranesha. If you have any more questions, please feel free to come back and ask me anytime!

    Until Next Time,
