Can I have my pets in a hybrid camper?

    Hey, Hayston!

Welcome to planDisney. I am so excited to hear that you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World. Fort Wilderness Resort is a beautiful and scenic place to relax inside the magic. This resort has so many recreational offerings tucked away in a quiet, charming woodland location. Archery, canoeing, fishing, pony rides..the list is extensive and exciting. There's so much fun happening here that you may want to plan on a resort day! You and your travel family will have a great time. As a pet owner, I know that our furry friends are family too! And they love being a part of our magical vacation memories. They are our Ohana, and Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.

While experiment 626 may not be able to hang at your resort, your family pets are allowed in campers at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The resort charges a flat fee to stay on the pet-friendly loop that you can add to your reservation online. There are a few guidelines that must be allowed for the safety of your furry friend.
    • Pets are not allowed in pop-up trailers or campers. If your hybrid camper is a pop-up your pet would not be allowed to stay onsite.
    • Pets must remain leashed or confined inside your temperature-controlled recreational vehicle.
    • Pet owners are required to clean up after their furry friends.
    • Pets may be asked to leave the resort if their behavior is inappropriate. So if your family pet is more Stitch than Pongo, you may want to consider Best Friends Pet Care. But more on that in a bit.
Hayston, the detailed pet policy is available for review online if you have further questions about your pet's upcoming trip to the magic. Fort Wilderness is a beautiful resort and I am sure your travel party, both human and furry friend, will have an epic adventure.

Now let's talk about how to bring your pet to The Most Magical Place on Earth if your camper falls in that pop-up category. Walt Disney World does have a resort for pets! Animals love vacations too, and this place is amazing. Best Friends Pet Care offers private suites, ample covered outdoor play areas, and even bedtime stories. Pets of all sizes are welcome here from your biggest Pluto to your smallest Pascal. You can even have your best friend groomed before they check out of their magical stay.

Hayston, I hope that you and your friend for life have the best time ever!
    We'll see ya real soon,
