Does the Peter pan ride allow EVC's through the line? If not, how can one enjoy the ride without waiting in line?

    Hi Ann,

Welcome back to planDisney. It sounds like you are planning a magical end-of-summer visit for next week! While it may still feel like summer, you'll be happy to know the Halloween season will be in full swing on your park day, which is my favorite time of year to be in the parks! Get ready to enjoy the limited-time happy haunts, fall decor, seasonal sweets and treats, and, of course, Mickey, Minnie, and your favorite pals in their new looks!

My kids will tell you that Peter Pan's Flight has been and continues to be my favorite attraction in all of Disneyland. The nostalgia and joy just get me every time, and I can remember experiencing it with my parents way back in the day. To get to experience it with my kids is next-level Disney magic! I can understand this being a must-do on your list, and I'm glad you've asked this question so we can ensure you experience the pixie dust. As you suspected, wheelchairs and ECVs are not able to wind through the traditional queue for this attraction, but don't worry, there are accommodations made so that the flight to Never Land is accessible to all Guests. When you arrive at the attraction, speak to a Cast Member to discuss your needs. With Peter Pan's Flight being one of the most popular rides in the park, they will likely issue you a Location Return Time comparable to the current standby wait time and let you know where to return to, likely through the exit for this particular attraction. Location Return Times are issued exclusively to assist Guests with mobility devices or other physical restrictions who are unable to navigate some of the older queues that are not accessible via wheelchair or ECV. You will need to park your ECV, and the Cast Members will have a wheelchair on hand if needed to help you reach the boarding area from the exit. The pirate ships are boarded via a moving walkway, so Guests will need to step out of the wheelchair and into the pirate ship either on their own or with assistance from their party. I hope with this information you can relax and just await your sail to Never Land!

Ann, I hope this has been helpful in your planning! If you have any questions about boarding procedures, you can always ask a friendly Cast Member for assistance or stop by the Accessibility Services Kiosk in the Main Entrance Esplanade. Additionally, the Disneyland app is a great resource for information before and during your trip as you plan. Search for a particular attraction and tap the "Accessibility and Information" drop-down. You will see how Guests will need to board the ride vehicle and what assistance is available. Disneyland is committed to making the magic as accessible as possible, so if any issues arise during your visit, just reach out to a Cast Member!

If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney! I'm wishing you an unforgettable visit filled with magical memories!
