We (3 persons) had booked 2-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option for July 15-19, 2020. But we live in Switzerland and cannot travel to Orlando. I want to extend our Tickets for 12 months.

    Hello Mattheus!

I'm sorry to hear you will not be able to travel this month to Walt Disney World, but I do have good news for you! You may call the Existing Tickets phone number listed in this Walt Disney World Phone Directory to speak with a Cast Member about your options. You may make changes to your tickets, including modifying the ticket dates, before midnight EST of the day before your ticket's first valid use date. If the date passes before you are able to modify them, do not worry.  Mickey has your back!  You still may apply the price paid for your unused expired tickets towards new tickets as long as the price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.

As you are making plans for your next year's Magical vacation, be sure to check Walt Disney World website for the latest information about the health and safety procedures.  The Disney Parks Blog is another great resource for operational updates and your daily dose of Pixie Dust.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and please let us know if we can help you with any vacation planning questions for your 2021 Walt Disney World vacation!
