    I want to personalize the magic bands, how wide are they?

    How so very cool that you are personalizing your MagicBand!

    I love that MagicBands are as fashionable as they are functional and are available in lots of fun designs featuring favorite Disney characters and themes. 

    But to creatively personalize your MagicBand and make it uniquely your own, well, that's simply very cool!

    If you view the product details for a MagicBand, you'll see the product dimensions listed as 10 1/2'' L x 1'' W x 1/4'' D.

    I picked up one of my (many) MagicBands and took a closer look for you. The removable center Mickey Icon itself is 1'' W, and I'd say the band at that widest mid-point is 1 1/2" W. The band appears to taper to about 13/16" W at each end.
     
    Good luck with your fun and crafty personalized MagicBand project. I'm sure it's gonna look great as you wear it all around Walt Disney World.
