What is your personal preference regarding booking ADRs: online vs phone? Generally speaking I do most things online but I'm curious about how quick/easy/error free the ONLINE ADR process is. I'm somewhat weary of my ADRs getting lost. Thanks :)

    Hi Katie!

I hate the phone.  There you have it!  I always make my advance dining reservations online.  I like to have everything in front of me and be able to search different options on my own.  There is more freedom when booking online, in my opinion, in that you can search a wide variety at the same time instead of go restaurant by restaurant with someone over the phone.  I have never had an issue with lost ADR's or generally anything going wrong with the online process.  I think it also saves time since I can do it whenever I want instead of hang on the phone for awhile.  Then if you need to come back to it later, you can just log back in online instead of dial up again.  I do end up calling the dining line if I have specific questions, or if I need to make a change to my reservation.

So obviously, my vote is for online reservations!  :D

    Have a magical day!
