I am a personal assistant and need to cancel 6 park tickets as two of the members in this party have tested positive for covid. IF we cant get a refund I need to be able to postpone them. The problem is, they were made by 3 different people and accounts.

Welcome to planDisney, Megan. I'm so glad you stopped by! It's always a bummer when a Disney vacation has to be canceled. The good news is, the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort will be there waiting when the visit can be rescheduled!

Unfortunately, Theme Park Tickets are not refundable. But not to fret! Depending on when the travel party would like to reschedule, it's possible that their ticket dates can simply be modified. If the tickets will not be used until after the expiration date, they can take the value of wholly unused tickets and apply it to the purchase of new tickets in the future. Given the unique nature of the situation and the multiple accounts involved, I recommend you call the Disney Help Desk at (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639. A friendly Cast Member there will be delighted to assist you!

Did you know The World's Most Magical Celebration is an 18-month long event? There's lots of new magic to be discovered in the theme parks, including two brand-new nighttime spectaculars - Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT. They're not to be missed!
