Hi LaQuentin!
We are so glad to see you stopping by planDisney! I can imagine the excitement in your household as you plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!
I love your thinking - it does take quite a bit of planning to visit the most magical place on Earth! The planDisney panel is here to answer your questions so please keep sending us those and we are happy to answer. In addition, our wonderful Cast Members are ready and able to assist if you
contact them by phone.
Although we have lots of different ways to support you as you plan, I am not sure we provide the level of one-on-one attention it seems like you would prefer with a personal assistant. When I first started planning trips with my family, I used a travel agency. They were quite helpful in getting me started. After a few trips, however, I learned to navigate the digital tools on the Walt Disney World website and felt better about doing my own research and making our plans. Now that our girls are older, one of them has become quite the Disney planner and actually took charge of making all of our
advanced dining reservations on our last trip.
Looking at your arrival date, I hope you have at least booked a
vacation package. If not, that is an immediate priority. Once you book a vacation package, be sure to link it in your
My Disney Experience account. Once it is linked, you should then be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Disney Park Pass reservations are necessary to visit the theme parks during your trip, so be sure to make those as soon as possible. It is also a good idea to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar before booking your vacation package to be sure there is park pass availability prior to making that vacation package reservation.
Know that we are here to help you plan some magic! Keep an eye on the
operational updates since policies and procedures could change prior to your visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
