Walt Disney World Resort is almost here, so let's
gooooo!Let's talk through a few scenarios. If your husband created an account for your reservations and tickets and set it up as an account he manages, he should be able to adjust this easily. Under "
My Family & Friends," he should see the profile he created under "Guests You Manage." Next to your new profile, he can select "Manage" and follow the prompts to invite you to manage your account. He will just need the email address you use with your existing account. It should trigger an email to you to accept management of the account. Then,
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! The accounts are merged, and the tickets and resort reservation should be linked with everything in your existing account.
If this doesn't work or he has already assigned the account to a different email address, you will need to call and ask for assistance. The
App and MagicBand team is likely the best to help you. In my experience, these Cast Members know all the tech support challenges and how to work through them.
