Can I take a person off of my Disney package reservation without cancelling it?

Hi Kati, welcome! And thanks for stopping by planDisney with your planning needs. Updating your guests or removing someone is a pretty simple process and I will be happy to help.

So sorry one of your crew isn't able to make it from your original plans to visit The Walt Disney World Resort. But I hope you can replace them with someone just as fun. You definitely do not have to cancel your reservation to remove someone. The first thing I would do is remove the person from your reservation on my favorite planning tool the My Disney Experience App. Once you have removed them you can then add another person to replace them. Make sure the new person is linked to your "Family and Friends" list and add them to your reservation. The app will also help you link any tickets needed for the new crew member.

If you haven't downloaded the app just yet or aren't tech-savvy there are also folks waiting for you to Call Walt Disney World for help. This page has the number for Hotel Reservations as well as Tickets. I would highly recommend downloading the app and becoming familiar with it before you visit the parks if you haven't already. It is the best tool to get around the parks and order food because Mickey-shaped snacks rule. And they are even better when there is little to no wait with Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering. I always order food this way where it is available.

I hope you find this information useful in making those changes. Visit us again at planDisney.com if you have any other planning questions.

    Have a magical day,

    Jeremy A.
