I have a person in my group that went to the doctor and told his lupus is active. Won't be able to make the trip, not sure if he will be able to use the tickets at all. What can we do?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Victoria!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We are most grateful to be on your PLANNING TEAM!

I am so sorry your friend will not be able to join you on your trip to the Disneyland Resort. Please tell your friend that Mickey Mouse and his pals all say that they hope he feels better very soon. I also know you all are going to miss having him with you as well...

While your purchased Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable, you do have some options with his ticket:

    1. You could invite another person to come with you on your trip. Since the theme park ticket has not been used, you can reassign your purchased ticket to a new person. The great thing is that you do not have to change the name on the ticket. When your party arrives at a Disneyland Theme Park, a Cast Member will take a picture of the person using that specific ticket. From there, the ticket is assigned to the person on the picture, not to the name on the ticket.

    2. You can save the ticket for another trip to the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH. If you do not use this ticket, you are able to apply this ticket to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price on your next visit.

I hope this information helps you in your planning. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We  are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
