    A person in our group can not go. How do I send them their ticket to use at a later date

I am happy to hear that you’re planning a Disney vacation soon, but I’m sorry to hear someone at your party can no longer go! However, given the current circumstances, it is entirely understandable that these things would come up. 

    If this Theme Park Ticket is assigned to this individual, it will remain assigned to them. If the Ticket expires, you can reuse its value in the future toward the purchase of a new Ticket! The value paid toward this Ticket will not expire. Alternatively, you can explore having it reassigned to someone else, if possible, by contacting Disney Reservations/Existing Tickets to discuss the options via phone!
