Is there a person who can assist with events/planning trip?

    Hey there, Alyssa!

It's so nice to hear your question! Thanks for thinking of us here at planDisney as you get ready for your own great, big, beautiful tomorrow at Walt Disney World Resort.

Planning for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation can bring on goodness, giddiness, and goosebumps (or maybe I should call them Mousebumps!). It can bring on a feeling of eager anticipation as you imagine all the magic that awaits you. The Panelists you connect with here at planDisney, well, let's just say we all enjoy the fun of planning our own Disney vacation experiences, and we equally enjoy sharing what we learn from those memorable experiences with Guests like you.

My first thought on your question of finding a pixie-dusted person to assist you with your trip planning is to ask away here at planDisney. Many times we have Guests ask a series of questions over the course of their trip planning, and we love helping out with those types of extended interactions. You might want to take one topic at a time. Trying to decide which of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels on your short-list might be a best-fit? Ask us Panelists what we thought when we stayed there. Debating which dining you'd most enjoy?  Ask us Panelists about our culinary adventures at our favorite restaurants. Wanting to get a good perspective on park hopping? Ask us Panelists for our tips and tricks. You can also watch the fun videos in the planDisney Video Library to get ideas and in-the-know information.

I like to think of it this way, Alyssa. Imagine you have a trusted friend who has experienced everything there is to see and do at Walt Disney World Resort. It'd be great to just reach out to them and get their advice, wouldn't it? That's the magic of the planDisney Panel. Together, we've experienced so much of the magic, and we're happy to share what we've learned.

If you're looking more specifically for travel booking assistance, there are a few ideas I can share.

If you'd like to take a make-your-own magic approach, you can book your own complete vacation packages online with the "Book your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation today!" tools. So long as you have a general idea of when you want to travel and how big your travel party is, and you're comfortable checking out the choices and information for Resort hotel accommodations, you can book your Resort reservation and purchase your theme park tickets in just a few steps.

If you'd like some personal assistance, you can also speak with the Walt Disney Travel Company for help with your booking by calling (407) 939-5277.

If you're looking for more full-service travel agency assistance, there are a number of travel agents who specialize in Disney destinations, and you can do a quick web search for travel agencies who have earned an "Authorized Disney Vacation Planner" distinction.

Alyssa, I hope this info gives you a few ideas for who can assist you with planning your trip to Walt Disney World Resort. I invite you to ask away here at planDisney if you have questions as you go through your planning.

Here's to your up-and-coming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
