Hi there Whitney, thanks for stopping by planDisney with your great question!
There are
specific guidelines for using strollers at the Disneyland Resort, and the guidelines do state that strollers larger than 31" x 52" as well as wagons and stroller wagons are not permitted. There are exceptions to these rules if the stroller is being used for a wheelchair or other medical need. You can see more details on
Disability Access Service (DAS) on the Disneyland site, and each situation is handled on an individual basis.
I understand the need to have a spot for your little Mouseketeers to take a rest, so I recommend either bringing two strollers that fit within the guidelines, or you could even browse
ScooterBug, which is a private rental company in the local area to see if they have a stroller that could meet the needs of your family. If you do end up bringing your own stroller, I highly recommend tying a brightly colored ribbon around the handle so you can easily identify your stroller among all of the other strollers that look alike!
I'm wishing you and your family a magical visit, Whitney! If we can help with any other planning tips or questions, do not hesitate to
come back and ask me directly.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
