Dear Gabby, thanks for popping by planDisney with your question. You are a kind mom to be thinking of how to make your young Mouseketeer’s visit most comfortable and enjoyable.
Gabby, the best way to get help with an accommodation request is through the
Disability Access Service (DAS) program. Though you can pre-register for the program up to 30 days in advance of arrival, it needs to be completed within two days of arrival, and with your arrival date coming up it’s best you visit Guest Services upon arrival so they can assist you.
For future reference, let me share more about
DAS Advance, where you can pre-register once you are within 30 days of your arrival (but it must be done sooner than two days before your arrival.) You can
request a video chat with a Cast Member to discuss your needs. Please note your child will need to be present on the video call too. If you are eligible, they will help you get registered and even select two attractions per day of your visit before you arrive. This way you have a head start on scheduling your return times before you arrive at
Disneyland Resort!
Gabby, I hope your visit is magical in every way! Please come back to see us if you have any more questions.
