Welcome to planDisney, Terri! I’m delighted to chat with a fellow Floridian. It’s great that our state has two Disney Cruise Line ports to choose from.
Many guests decorate their stateroom doors, and I’m always impressed by everyone’s creativity. Plus, it’s a great way to identify your stateroom. It sounds like you have quite the door planned out. You should be fine if your door cover doesn’t have
hooks that go over the door or utilize any adhesive or tape.
I suggest bringing along a few strong magnets for the corners of the wrap to secure it to the front of the door, just to be safe. This way, if there is a problem opening or closing the door, you don’t have to take the wrap off, and you’ll still have the perfect backdrop for your magnets.
Terri, if you haven't already done so, I encourage you to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Just like Captain Minnie needs a compass to help guide her, the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is like a compass in your pocket. Once on board, the app allows you to communicate with friends and family, chat with guest services, view menus, and even view special offers on your next Disney Cruise. You can even favorite activities. About 15 minutes beforehand, you’ll get a reminder, so you won’t miss out on any fun.
Happy sailing,
Tracie
