Is it permissible to have an adult go early to stand in line for park entry before the park opens (say 90 minutes) and then have the kids join with another adult later (like 30 minutes)? How about for lines to see princesses? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Joseph,

You are always welcome to arrive at the parks early but a crowd does grow quickly. It might be difficult for your family to meet up with you. If the crowd is thick, it's difficult to move through all of those people. I'm not sure how much of an advantage you would gain by arriving so much earlier. We have had good luck arriving thirty minutes before park opening, even during crowded times.

As for the lines to see the princesses, I would caution you against having one person wait in line and the others join in later. Cast Members discourage this practice because it might cause a full scale mutiny! I try very hard to operate under the golden rule at the parks (actually at all times.) "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." If you were in a line with your family or traveling party and a group of four or five people suddenly joined the person in front of you, it would be easy to become frustrated. I strongly suggest having your whole party together when you enter the line.
