What percentage of rooms are available for free dining? I am curious because when I tried to take advantage of the promotion there were hardly any resorts available on the first day of the offer.

    Hi Susanne,

I think the percentage of rooms available for free dining is a fact only Mickey knows. I believe they have to take into account how many available rooms there are and how many free dining packages are going to be released across the resort. If the resort of your choice is available it feels like the Fairy Godmother is in charge, but if your favorite resort is full it can feel like Scrooge McDuck is making the decisions.

It sounds like you did the right thing by booking as soon as a promotion is available. My other suggestions are to try to be flexible with resort choice and your travel dates. I hope you were able to find dates and a resort available for your vacation!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
    Wishing you a magical day,
