Hi Amy, welcome to planDisney!
You are one week away from all the Walt Disney World Resort thrills. Whether you're meeting your favorite Disney character or experiencing immersive storytelling at
top speeds, those indescribable feelings can be defined in two words: Disney magic.
Currently, all Guests over the age of 3 require valid admission, a theme park reservation, and a
method of entry (MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) for theme park entry. It sounds like you can see tickets for three individuals in the Tickets and Passes section of your
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the app's home page --> Tickets and Passes). I can currently see the tickets of three individuals in my account, as well. Underneath each ticket, there is a "Reassign Ticket" icon as well as a "Save to Wallet" icon. Those options are grayed out for people on my Family & Friends List that have their own My Disney Experience accounts. To determine if this applies to your situation, as well, take a look at your Family & Friends List in your My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines --> Scroll down to "My Profile" --> click "Family & Friends List" tab). You can only add Disney MagicMobile passes to your Apple Wallet for yourself and anyone whose name appears with the words "Plans Managed by Me" underneath.
Disney MagicMobile passes can be added to the digital wallets of eligible iPhones, Apple Watches, or Google Pay enabled Android phones. To download a Disney MagicMobile pass, you can click the "Save to Wallet" icon underneath your ticket in the My Disney Experience mobile app or access the Disney MagicMobile section of the app from the three lines at the bottom right of the home screen. The workflow is user-friendly and guides you through the steps of adding a Disney MagicMobile pass to your digital wallet. You can even select from a variety of cute pass styles; my Disney MagicMobile pass features a cute purple Minnie ear hat design.
Disney MagicMobile passes can be
shared between eligible iPhones via Apple iMessage. To share your pass with others, Amy, start by clicking the "Select Passes to Share" button in the Disney MagicMobile section of your My Disney Experience mobile app. My husband shared his pass with me before our most recent trip, just in case his phone ran out of batteries on our park days.
If the additional members of your party decide not to use Disney MagicMobile passes for park entry, I suggest stopping by a theme park ticket window for a complimentary admission card on your first park day. Admission cards make great souvenirs and are a good backup plan because they don't run out of batteries like cell phones or MagicBand+. They are the size of a credit card and come with colorful character designs.
I hope this information helps improve your Stitchuation, Amy. I know you'll be busy packing this week, but feel free to contact me
directly with any follow-up questions.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
