I see people with wagon at Disneyland how did they get theirs approved

    Howdy, Jaime!

It sounds like you’re gearing up for a grand adventure to The Happiest Place On Earth, and I’m proud to roll out the magic carpet to welcome you to planDisney! I’m here to make sure you’re one jump ahead of the crowds while you prepare for your visit.

Jaime, it’s important to remember that wagons are not permitted at the Disneyland Resort, as mentioned in the list of prohibited items.

There are a few special cases where the resort arranges something beforehand for families with medical needs, which is why you may have seen wagons in the parks from time to time. But sadly, I've seen many families turned away at the gate because of them, and nobody wants precious park time wasted, right?

But Jamie, if someone in your group needs accommodations, chatting with one of the friendly cast members about the Disability Access Service (DAS) could be incredibly helpful. It's a wonderful way to make your visit run more smoothly if you or members of your party need special considerations for navigating the theme parks or have difficulty waiting in a standard queue for an attraction.

I hope this information helps, Jaime! Being prepared is key to soaking up all the magic with your little ones! If you've got any other questions or need more of my favorite tips, consider me your personal Genie-in-a-bottle, and feel free to message me directly for a quicker response next time.

You ain't never had a (planDisney) friend like me,
