    Do people usually dress up for pirate night? Do little girls typically wear Minnie pirate shirts, Tinkerbell or Ariel the Mermaid for the theme? Thanks!

    Well, shiver me timbers! I was so excited to see that you visited the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question while planning for your upcoming cruise! Pirate Night is my favorite night onboard the Disney Cruise Line. I love walking around and seeing all of the pirates (big and small) on deck.

    So many people love dressing up in their pirate attire. I enjoy dressing my pirate crew up in matching pirate Mickey T-shirts! You will find little cruisers having just had a pirate transformation done at the Pirates League, ready to celebrate the night. I have seen little girls dressed in each outfit you described! If your little pirate wants to wear a Minnie Mouse pirate shirt or dress up as Tinkerbell, she will fit right in! It's so fun seeing all the costumes onboard.

    One of the highlights of Pirate Night is the Buccaneer Blast! The Buccaneer Blast is a fireworks spectacular out at sea. Our favorite spot on the ship to watch the fireworks is on one of the upper decks facing the starboard side. You will be amazed during this magical night of swashbuckling fun!
