I am so glad you stopped by to ask us this magical question, as Disney Gift Cards are a great way to enjoy Disney offerings while also respecting your budget. Indeed, Disney Gift Cards can be used throughout the theme parks and on various offerings, so they are a great way to enjoy the parks without breaking the bank!
Unfortunately,
UK Guests cannot purchase US Disney Gift Cards at this time while on the US website, hence why the website requires a US address for purchase. However, this does not mean you will not be able to use gift cards while on your magical vacation! Indeed, Disney Gift Cards can be purchased in person at any merchandise location, so you can still use them to plan your budget.
One of my favourite ways to use these gift cards, for example, is to buy one of the themed gift cards available during
EPCOT's International Food and Wine Festival. Indeed, although we do not know exactly when the festival will be taking place in 2023, it is usually available during the fall: the current EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival extends from July 14 to November 19, 2022. Since it can be very easy to spend a lot of money at
Festival booths and to make the checkout process easier for Guests, themed gift cards with wrist bracelets are available for purchase during that time. This is only one of the Disney Gift Cards options available, however, so be sure to
ask a Cast Member for more information!
