We will have 10 people with tickets and 4 babies. We wanted to do the VIP tour, but limit is 10. Do they ever make exceptions for the party size or is there another option? If we can't do VIP are there any other options for VIP seating at the parades?

Hi Morgan, thanks for bringing another question to planDisney!

You are correct that the Private VIP Tour is limited to 10 Guests, including infants. If you want to book a tour for your entire group, you need to book two tours. Theme park admission is not included in the price of the tour, so you still need valid admission for anyone age 3 and up. Another option is to purchase Lightning Lane Premier Passes for your park visit. This would allow the members of your party to use Lightning Lanes for each available Lightning Lane attraction in one park. The Premier Pass does not require you to book arrival windows to use your Lightning Lanes, so in my opinion, the Premier Pass will offer flexibility in the theme park similar to what you would experience on the VIP Tour.

Unfortunately, at this time, VIP seating is not available for the Festival of Fantasy Parade unless you are on a VIP Tour. With a large group, I recommend looking for a spot on the parade route around 30 minutes before the start of the parade. My family has previously watched the parade from the area in front of Liberty Tree Tavern. The area was mostly shaded and not too far from a bathroom in case my little ones needed it. If you want to watch the parade with a view of Cinderella Castle, I recommend finding a spot in or near the Plaza Garden locations by the castle. This is a great option if you want to grab a bite to eat from Casey’s Corner, or something from a nearby popcorn cart, or even the spring roll cart at the entrance to Adventureland.

I hope I gave you some ideas for your visit, Morgan! You mentioned traveling with four babies, so don’t forget that all four theme parks have Baby Care Centers. These centers are perfect for a quiet, cool place to change or feed your baby. The Baby Care Centers also have select necessities available to purchase, such as baby food, diapers, and over-the-counter medications.

If you have any more questions as you prepare for your family vacation, we’d love to help you here at planDisney!
